This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the Site, which includes the mobile site and the mobile application; when you use our services by making a Waynak location sharing or creating an event; when you use our emergency services; when you subscribe to our mailing list and newsletters; and when you register for our promotions; Unless otherwise stated, the inclusion of a link of a third party on the Site does not imply endorsement of the linked site by us. Information collected by said third party is governed by their privacy policies and we have no control over, and shall not be responsible for, the third party’s use of your personal information.


When you use our services through the Site, you will be asked to provide personal information such as:

4. Email Address
5. Credit/Debit Card Numbers

We may also collect other information about your usage of the Site and information about you from the messages you post on the Site and the e-mails or letters you send to us. Unless you have elected to remain anonymous through your device and/or platform settings, this information may be collected and used by us automatically if you use our services via Waynak mobile application or your mobile's browser or otherwise.


We use the information described above to process your requests. Your information will enable us to:

o Provide you with access to the Site and to supply the services you have requested;
o Bill you and contact you where necessary concerning our services.

We may use your information to communicate with you about your requests and to inform you of important changes or developments to the Site or our services.

We may also use and analyze the information we collect for system administration to diagnose problems with our servers and software or to administer our Site, support, improve and develop our business, for any other purpose whether statistical or analytical, and to help us prevent fraud.

Where you have given consent, we may use your information to let you know about our other products and services that may be of interest to you including services that may be subject of direct marketing and we may contact you to do so by post, telephone, mobile messaging as well as by e-mail.

Where you have given consent, we may also share information with third parties (including those in the food and beverage, leisure, marketing and advertising sectors) to use your information in order to let you know about goods and services which may be of interest to you (by post, telephone, mobile messaging and/or e-mail) and to help us analyze the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business and services to you.

Your personal information or Other Information may be shared with and used by any of our partners including but not limited to restaurant partners and the Red Cross, for their direct marketing purposes, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your personal information or Other Information may be shared with and used by technical partners which process, for instance, credit card payments and provide support services related to payments for us.

In addition, we may need to provide your information to any Partner (relating to the restaurants we are partnering up with and/or the Red Cross for the emergency service we provide) to whom you have submitted a request. By sharing your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In certain cases and under limited circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties if we conclude that we are required by law or have a good faith belief that access, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, and those relating to our customers.

If you have given your consent, we may allow carefully selected third parties, including marketing and advertising companies, our affiliates and associates, to contact you occasionally about services that may be of interest to you. They may contact you by telephone, SMS as well as by e-mail. If you change your mind about being contacted by these companies in the future, you may amend your profile accordingly.

Please note that we are not responsible for removing information from or updating information in the databases of Partners and third parties with whom we have already shared your personal information.
